Gym Days

R E T U R N I N G T O T H E G G Y M

After having a few weeks off of the gym with travelling for work and not feeling 100% and indulging just a little to much, today was the day to go back and get in a good leg workout before heading to work. I prepared my gym bag last night and looked out my clothes so that when I woke up this morning I had no excuses not to go.

My Leg Workout:

Warm up:

10 minutes on the Rowing Machine

20 Air Squats 

20 Squats with bar only

Workout:

Barbell Squats – 3 x 12 (15KG each side)

Prone Leg Curl – 3 x 12 (27 KG I think)

Plate Loaded Leg Press  – 3 x 15 (25KG each side)

Calf Press – 3 x 12 (66KG)

Hip Abductor – 3 x 12 (39KG)

Hip Adductor – 3 x 12 (32 KG)

Straight Legged Dead Lift – 3 x 10 (20 KG Bar)
